No, Allay Cremation is dedicated exclusively to serving human families. We do not offer cremation services for pets.
It typically takes about 7–10 business days. Most of this time is spent filing the death certificate and obtaining the required permit. By law, we cannot proceed with the cremation until the death certificate is filed with the state. We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process, from taking your loved one into our care to the cremation and delivery.

Cremation cannot take place until the death certificate is filed and approved, which involves coordination between the doctor, the health department, and the state. There is often back-and-forth communication, and we are dependent on how quickly each party responds. We work diligently to move things along and keep you informed.

No, clothing is not required. Your loved one will be cremated in the attire they were last wearing. While we can drape clothing over them, formal dressing is typically performed by a mortician and is offered by more traditional funeral homes.
