Our Process

A Simple, Compassionate Cremation Process

From your first call to the return of your loved one’s ashes, we handle everything with dignity, care, and clarity.

Step 01

Our counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Step 02

As soon your loved one is in our care, a counselor will contact the next-of-kin to go over the required paperwork.

Our team will also start the death registration process. Please keep in mind, during the registration process we will be working with your loved one's doctor, the county registrar, and the state.

Step 03

Certified death certificates are printed at the county health department. Typically, death certificates are ready 5 business days after the cremation.
