We specialize in direct cremation. What is direct cremation? Direct cremation is an option where the body is cremated days immediately after death once all the required legal paperwork and permits are completed. There are no services or a viewing beforehand.
Below is our 3-step process from the moment we receive the first call when passing takes to the final hand-delivery of the cremated remains.
Our counselors are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week
As soon as you give us authorization to take your loved one into our care,
our team will take your loved one into our care within 2 hours*.
As soon as your loved one arrives at our facility, they will be lodged in refrigeration until cremation.
As soon your loved one is in our care, a counselor will contact the next-of-kin to go over the required paperwork.
Our team will also start the death registration process. Please keep in mind, during the registration process we will be working with your loved one's doctor, the county registrar, and the state.
Once all of the paperwork is signed and the death certificate is registered, we will be cleared to schedule a cremation date.
Certified death certificates are printed at the county health department. Typically, death certificates are ready 5 business days after the cremation.
